  1. Do not measure your size: Being responsible means not only take care of the important things demanding or mandatory but all sorts of acts even if they were small or not enforceable. Your interests can be keeping in mind by the others
  2. Do not wait for someone to approve : You must be responsible for yourself and do the tasks that have been entrusted to work full-time in your department  without the need for someone to supervise you or other people see you.
  3. Do not make excuses : Facing certain acts irresponsible people are experts in creative excuses or lay blame on other factors for not doing what they have commissioned.
  4. Take the first small step : If you have many obligations to meet or are irresponsible should start making things from smaller ones are usually the most abundant to the most complex.
  5. Learn from mistakes : When not accomplish your goals or objectives is to find the cause and why it came to that situation and use it as a lesson for next time.
  6. Take the initiative : Do not try to be passive and avoid situations that commitments need to do or change something. Take the initiative and that will make your image strengthen leader that you have had.
All this things help to improve your job skills and your development at the job. Sit down today and determine their own levels of responsibility. Make sure you know what decisions you can make. Better yet , prepare a list of all the issues were not resolved and begin to make some decisions.
